Appointment/ Drop Off Time, No Show, Cancel booking information

Make sure you potty your  pet at home prior to your appointment and after your pets grooming.
This is  a courtesy to Glamorous Pets and neighbours.
Proof of all vaccinations must be up to date

Booking a drop off time
Call  us at 519-421-1100 and book your drop off time. You are welcome to come and see our open concept grooming salon prior to booking your pets appointment.

Appointments/ Drop off time
Please be on time for your scheduled drop off time.  If you are running late please give us a courtesy call prior to your scheduled appointment to let us know.  Drop off times are very important. The more interruptions we have, the more upset the pets get, and the further behind we get.   If we have not heard from you 30 minutes after  your drop off time (this will be considered a no show) we will book another pet and you will have to reschedule.

Pick up time
Please note: your pet will not be ready for pick up until you are called!!!! Drop ins and unnecessary phone calls to see if your pet is finished adds to lost time and further upsets the pets. Kindly wait for a call from us. We will endeavour to give you an approximate time when your pet will be done.

Cancellations
If you can not keep your appointment please call us at least  24 hours in advance so we may fill your appointment.

No Shows
Three no shows in one calender year  and Glamorous Pets has the right to refuse grooming your pet or ask you  to pay for the grooming service in advance in order to book  your next appointment.   If you do not show up for the paid appointment you will lose the monies paid.
